2025
- 1 April 2025, the company increased its investment in Recycle Engineering Co., Ltd, resulting in the company increasing its shareholding from 27.78% to 65.00%.
2024
- 31 January 2024, the company invested in a 25.00% stake in Geneus Genetics Co., Ltd., a distributor and service provider of DNA testing kits under the brand Geneus DNA.
- 3 May 2024, established Triple S Lubricants Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Pongrawe Co., Ltd. and V. Sirikan Autoparts Co., Ltd. with the same portion of 33.33% to develop and distribute lubricants and specialty products for the automotive and industrial sectors.
- 26 July 2024, invested 27.78% in Recycle Engineering Co., Ltd., a leading service provider in Thailand for waste recycling and disposal services of used chemicals, utilizing environmentally friendly technology from Germany.
2023
- The company increased its registered capital to 1,400.0 million baht by issuing 650,000,000 additional ordinary shares at a par value of 1.0 baht per share.
- Allocation of not more than 300,000,000 newly issued ordinary shares of the Company at the par value of 1 baht per share for offering to existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholding (Rights Offering).
- Allocation of not more than 350,000,000 newly issued ordinary shares of the Company at the par value of 1 baht per share for initial public offering (IPO).
2022
- 28 January 2022, acquired all shares from U.C. Marketing Company, which operates a trading business for products and raw materials.
- 9 June 2022, established Special Interfreight company to provide logistics management and related services for both domestic and overseas.
- 27 June 2022, the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders No.1/2022 approved the conversion from a limited company to a “public limited company” and changed the name of the company to P.S.P. Specialties Public Company Limited.
2021
9 March 2021, P.S.P. Ventures was established as a subsidiary of PSP to operate the business by holding shares in other companies (Holding Company). P.S.P. Ventures has 30.0% of WhatsEGG Thailand, which operates a platform called EGGMall for trading automotive spare parts with inventory management, procurement, and marketing systems.
2019
- Completed the construction of Port No. 5 in an area of over 1 rai (1,600 square meters) for importing lubricant and can accommodate ships of more than 500 gross tonnages.
- 15 February 2019, established P.S.P. Logistics to provide cross-border transportation management services within countries bordering Thailand such as Myanmar, Laos, Malaysia, etc.
- Our laboratory was certified as a standard testing laboratory according to ISO/IEC 17025 standards and started providing services to external
- Constructed a lubricant factory in Myanmar with a production capacity of up to 27 million liters per year via Pacific-PSP Syntech.
2017
Established Pacific-PSP Syntech in Myanmar together with our partner in Myanmar, Pacific-AA Industries Ltd. The company was set up with an equal percentage share of 50% to produce and develop lubricants, along with supporting the growth of the lubricant market in Myanmar.

Our laboratory has participated in a lubricants proficiency testing program with ASTM International Standard Worldwide and is also one of the most participating testing laboratories in Thailand.
2003
PSP increased registered capital from 171.0 million baht to 228.0 million baht (paid in full) by right offering ordinary shares to the existing shareholders to use as working capital for business expansion.

PSP increased registered capital from 74.0 million baht to 171.0 million baht (paid in full) by right offering ordinary shares to the existing shareholders to use as working capital for business expansion.

1995
PSP built a second fuel depot with 23 additional tanks, capable of handling 57 million liters, and oil terminal ports no. 1 and 2 at the Mueang Samut Sakhon District in order to support the expanding customer base. This makes us the largest fuel distribution center in the upper south and the western part of Thailand with more than 17,552 square meters.
1994
Increase registered capital from 37.0 million baht to 74.0 million baht by right offering ordinary shares to the existing shareholders to use as working capital for business expansion.

PSP built the first fuel depot with 17 tanks, capable of handling 23 million liters in order to support the expansion of our terminal business for our affiliates.

Increase registered capital from 25.0 million baht to 37.0 million baht (paid in full) by right offering ordinary shares to the existing shareholders to use as working capital for business expansion.
1990
- Increase registered capital from 10.0 million baht to 20.0 million baht (paid in full) by right offering ordinary shares to the existing shareholders to use as working capital for business expansion.
- PSP started doing business as a developer and manufacturer of lubricants for customers in the automotive and manufacturing industries. We set up our first lubricant plant (PSP1) at Tajeen district, Mueang Samut Sakhon, Samut Sakhon with more than 8,720 square meters and capable of producing approximately 40 million liters a year.
1989
P.S.P. Specialties Company Limited was established on 13 July 1989 with 10.0 million baht capital with an objective to be an importer, exporter and vendor of transformer oil.
